Will you accept OEM/ODM contract manufacturing?

Yes, our main business model is OEM based manufacturing.

What customization options can be offered for OEM/ODM products?

We offer full range of customization options, including formulas (contents ingredient), packaging, designs, colors, scents, etc.

Will you like to sign the confidentiality contract (NDC) with us?

Yes, we are happy to do that for sure.

How soon will I expect a reply from you after sending any request?

Our target is replying within 24 hours if not public holiday.

What is the general Product MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) ？

The product MOQ is based on packaging material MOQ (normally starting from 12,000pcs) and ingredients contents MOQ (normally starting from 100-150kgs), so the finished products MOQ please contact our sales team for accurate reply with detailed specs provided.

How long validity for quotation?

Our quotation validity is 30 days.

Can we request for a sample before placing an order?

Yes, sure, samples are available to supply in our company.

How long is it for sample time?

If our stock sample, the shipping time could be within 3-5 days; if custom samples, the shipping time could be estimated to within 15 days.

Is sample for free in your company?

Yes, samples are free of charge to promote the cooperation, as per the company rules, the samples freight will be paid by buyer side, and the freight amount could be deducted from future order amount.

How long is the lead time for mass production order?

The mass production time is about 45-days upon deposit received by the seller and artwork designs finally approved by the buyer.

Does your factory have any 3rd party authorization please?

We have ISO9001, ISO22716, GMPC, FSC and SGS, SEDEX for reference.

What is the payment term for mass production order?

The payment term is 50% deposit before starting and 50% balance before loading

Will you help with our new products'packaging design？

Yes, we can support, since different clients in different countries, the tastes are different, normally the design jobs are done by the market local designer, and our factory in-house designers are happy to do some small adjustments on the original artworks.

Will you help with our document's application and regulation compliance?

Yes, we can support clients with the local necessary documents, including but not limited to Free Sales Certificate, Contract, Authorization Letter through CCPIT and Embassy Legalization, MSDS, and other documents that may needed under FDA and EU regulations.

Will you test your products on animals?

No, we never do that, our products are 100% cruelty-free.

How will you guarantee the product quality especially ingredients safety?

Our raw materials are all from selected suppliers, we will make the inspection from internal lab at first time, and we are glad to send you the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for your reference upon order confirmed. You can also send to any 3^rd party inspection labs such as SGS, Intertek for double check, the 3^rd party inspection cost is covered by buyer.

Are your packaging materials recyclable?

We are Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified supplier, and our packaging materials are recyclable.

What printing technologies available in your company?

We can help brands buyer to create a unique brand visual awareness with using different packaging materials (such as tubes, glass bottles, jar, plastic bottle, metal bottle) and different printing technologies (such as solid printing, screen printing, digital printing, hot stamping for gold/silver/bronze color, electroplating, etc.)

Will you recommend shipping methods and shipping forwarders for us?

Yes sure. We have many forwarder’ contacts in good relationship and we are more than pleased to introduce any of them to you.

For small quantity shipping, we suggest shipping by air or courier like FedEx, UPS, DHL; For big quantity shipping, we will introduce the sea shipping forwarders.

What should we do if we did not receive the samples or cargo after the standard time?

Normally all shipping methods have their own online tracking system, we will help to check with forwarders about the delay issue and push them on behalf of you. But if the reason is coming from force majeure, we will only have to wait.

What should we do if we received the samples or cargos but shortage or damaged？

If the said products are in shortage or damaged during shipping period, please save the evidence and send to the forwarder at first time, we will support on the following-up too. If the reason is from our factory’s careless work, we will be responsible for the loss.

Do you have any refund policy in your company？

If the order is custom production for you, we are sorry that we cannot offer any refund service since we cannot resell the products to any 3^rd parties. But if it is our product quality problem, we will take the responsibility.
